METRIC ROCKS!!!  I think they have 3 albums out now (I have no clue).  For years I was listening to the same music (bjork, tricky, portishead, ub40, pink floyd, and Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald doing Porgy and Bess).  Metric (and a couple other bands ) broke me out of the mold and led me through a world of new awesome music!  sigh!  I love music so much...
