Sorry if this was already asked, (I did a quick search and came up with very little) but can you gals (and guys) recommend any good books or even websites (though books are preferred) about starting your own crafty business? i've seen a few on amazon, but i really don't know if they are any good.
what do you think? can anyone suggest anything for me? I'm thinking of starting an online business--to branch away from my ebay store, which i'm not too fond of.
any help would be totally appriciated!

Barbara Brabec's books are good...I know one is called "Creative Cash", but there are a couple of others, too.

hello!

i just bought a general how-to book on e-commerce to start out with.  it's hard to find one specifically on the craft biz.  i figure you can learn the craft business by being on forums such as this one  Smiley

this is the book i have. i found it to be quite helpful in giving me a overall pic of what is involved:

TechTV's Starting an Online Business by Frank Fiore

here's an amazon link:

good luck!! i'm new at this too so i know how overwhelming it can feel.
