It's been a while since I have posted anything.  I found a version of this necklace in a catalog that was $68.00 and I figured I could make my own copy of it.  I used twisted brown thread, I think it was embroidery floss, but it was different.  I was looking for thin silk cord but couldn't find it, so I used what I had on hand.  I had most of these beads randomly so it hardly cost me anything.  I really love it and it's different.

I like this a lot!  It's hard to tell in the picture, do the beads have an opal like finish?  Are they flat or more nugget like?  Either way they are way cool!

Thanks a lot!  It's pretty random, some are nuggets, some are flat.  The nuggets do have a bit of iridescence to them.

Ooo, very nice.  I love necklaces that can be layered like that. Smiley
