I totally loved this tutorial.  I cut the circuference a little long to make some pleats.  worked really well.

Is there any way I can have even more material at the bottom at the skirt so it can be swishier and have more movement when I walk?

try using a 2" thick elastic as a waistband.... skirt with waist reduction hehehehe

wow, that is like the easiest circle skirt tutorial EVER!
especially since the only sewing comes from the waistband, and the hemline.
im definitely going to attempt to do this today!

here's a couple of skirts i made recently. it sold within ten minutes!

They're my first circle skirts, and i didn't use a pattern as such. What do you think?
 Here's the tutorial as promised! If you're having trouble understanding it, let me know!
