that's amazing and it looks tasty!!!

it reminds me of this one show where the guy makes cakes but he looks like a biker dude, and they use chocolate clay...  i forget the name of the show though.

And that guy is on Food Network.  His bakery is Charm City Cakes http://www.charmcitycakes.com/  It is one of my FAVES!!!!  I actually discovered him before he was 'famous'.  Ha-ha.

I really love stuff like this; it's just so gorgeous.

I generally settle for food tasting good; doubt I'd have the patience to learn this sort of thing.

But I massively admire anyone who can do it.
