 Hi,

I'm thinking of getting some of the fabric.com cotton flannel solids to make some simple skirts and pants for my daughter. Does anyone have experience with it? I'm wondering how it washes, how much it pills, etc. Thanks!

I have some cotton flannels from Fabric.com.  I havent sewn them yet, but they get really nice and soft after washing.  I plan to make some kids clothes as well, but the flanell is quite thin so I think I will line them or sew them in double fabric.
(Then again, I live in Norway, where winter is cold - that might not be necessary where you live!)

thank you!  i did end up getting some of the heavy flannel from wazoodle.com, a few people on pattern review said that it was nice and thick.  but i like a lot of the bright colours that fabric.com has, so i will get a little and try it out.
thanks again!
