I called my robot Chalky because he has a chalkboard mouth and belly. Chalky is made from sparkly vinyl and chalkboard fabric.  90% sewed with some seams duct taped for better stability.  His head moves side to side and arms go up and down.  He can also stand on his own (my proudest accomplishment)!
He has two button eyes and a wire antenna that you can't really see.

I got both the sparkle vinyl and chalkboard fabric from Fabric.com  They even sent the chalkboard fabric in a roll because I guess they don't want to mess it up folding it.  They were both pretty expensive, esp the vinyl.  It is very cool though.

This is a super-awesome Robot!  He could tell you all sorts of things, like the menu for the day, the weather, your mood . . . I love his chalkboard tummy and mouth!!  Very creative, NICE JOB!
