A lot of these suggestion threads talk about covering the walls with fabric. I haven't been able to find a pic of a room that's had this done; anyone got a finished product I can check out?

I am afraid that many of those posts are old and the pictures are broken.  I was wondering if anyone knew of any examples of a before/after not painted but starched wall?  I would like to see a finished product but can't find any examples.

This is a great post, thank you retroeva!  I was wondering if anyone has used the starch/fabric wall in the bathroom...  I am all set to try it, as in my current bathroom I have 3 pink walls and one black wall with ceiling sparkle... sounds cute, and when I came up with the idea I was on cloud 9... however a year later I want to cry when I look at it... not so cute... anyways, I have fabulous repro barkcloth that I want to hang in there over it, but am concerned that the moisture from the bathroom will loosen the starch... anyone do it in the bathroom?? Many thanks again!!!
