A while ago there was a thread on the topic of "favourite knitting books" or "knitting book suggestions/reccommendations" or "what is on your knitting library shelves"... something like that. People were posting lists of their favourite knitting books.

I've been doing searches and can't find that thread... can anyone help me? I even posted in that thread, so I can't beleive I can't find it! arrgh. It doesn't help my searches that my slowie modem takes about 5 min to load a page.

thanks!  Smiley

*cough* bump! *cough*  Roll Eyes

I still cannot find this post I'm looking for...  so if I can't find it, does anyone have any good knitting book suggestions for someone who is being asked for Christmas gift suggestions?  Grin

thanks y'all!

EDIT: I should add that I have the two SnB books, and Last Minute Knitted Gifts, and a pretty good stitch dictionary.
