I have trouble finding bangles that aren't ridiculously large on my tiny wrists. Never thought of making my own ... thanks for the idea and the tutorial!

So this is what my sister was talking about! She told me she wanted my pringle can for a bracelet...

I'm totally making some.  I've been wondering how I could make bangles, since they never fit me in stores.

And whoever mentioned the idea of leaving the bangle un-attached- awesome.  My knuckles are always too big but my wrists are small, haha.

fantastic! I've actually been covering ordinary plastic bangles (like from the 80s that are now "in" again--i had a bunch left over from the 80s and decided to "update" them a couple years ago) with ribbon.

I love your tutorial, i never would have thought to make my own bracelets and with cardboard! brilliant!

"Adjustable the EZ way": As I didn't know my partner's wrist size I measured for a small wrist,  left the end open (i.e. incomplete circle) I found that when it stretched for a bigger sized wrist it retained it shape and also held a comfortable grip without sliding off

I have to make more of these, one of the most enjoyable crafts and so customisable for gifts

That's so awesome! It reminds me of the bracelet I made a while ago... I made it outta cardboard, an old pop bottle, hotglue, and left over ribbon... *reminds self to post pictures*

Is batting expensive? I think I'm going to buy some for my next bracelet adventure. XD
