I plan to make some for Christmas Gifts, I just did a sample while I was waiting for bus, but me being lazy, and I knew I would tear up the Pringle thing because I am not very good at cutting, it has worked for me using plastic canvas instead of cardboard, thanks for sharing, cuz I am a big girl, with big wrist and I can not ever get any to fit me, I just have only one bracelet that I have gotten from a store that actually fits, now with this amazing tutorial I can rock the bracelets too.

I am a ribbon FIEND. These are awesome, I'll definitely be making these this holiday season.
I made these sweet little hair clips by wrapping red, white, and blue anchor ribbon on the metal and hotgluing a red star button... anyway, it was so simple, but soooo cute! I also ribbon wrap ugly headbands, and I've always gotten lots of compliments on them. A cute ribbon = endless possibilites.

um, good question. it of course would depend on the width of the ribbon you were using, so id go for the wider ribbon easily... my gold one needed around 90cm of ribbon, but its 3cm thick....

I used that ribbon from Wal-mart in the crafty section, it was like $1.96 and I got two ribbon bracelets from it.  But, maybe I would not know, cuz I used plastic canvas as the bracelet, the one where you use cross-stich on it in yarn.  I love that it can bend, you can bend it back into shape.
