i think craftsters was created just for us people with ADD.
See how many times we have changed subjects just in this thread  Wink

lol! Yeah, I'm sure it was Smiley.  I don't think I've got "regular" ADD, but I sure do have Craft ADD!

Speaking of changing subjects...what was this thread about again? Wink

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

Weekends are always quiet.

I've been crafty...but I'm sure other people have lives out in the so-called "real world"...

Ever start a project that's supposed to be small and simple but turns out to be some big complicated life-consuming thing?  Phizzychick had better appreciate this!!  Wink

Y'know, my family and friends do a pre-1840's camping thing every year.  We run about either in moccasins/laura ingalls shoes or barefoot.  We sleep in lodges made of canvas (or if you cheat and sleep in a camper it has to be parked in a special lot).  All cooking is done in cast iron over a fire and there's tons of fun.  We wear either settler or indian clothing and it's loads of fun.  Honestly, we almost hate to get dressed and come back home!

My sister does the Ren thing with all the corsets and stuff and she likes it better than regular clothing too.  Perhaps we're just strange....

No crafting done this weekend at all.  But I spent time with hubby and I think he needed it.

I spend my weekends hanging out with my boy too. This weekend he was working on a film competition (they made a 5 minute movie in 48 hours!) but I used the opportunity to read 2 books and hang out on my balcony drinking beer with my bad self. It was aaaaaaaaawesome!  Smiley
I also knit/fulled a passport cover for a friend's trip. The only regret is the point where I decided to give my hair a little trim  Undecided...  Does anyone else find themselves doing these things??

Oh my goodness!  I almost did the same thing yesterday.  I am very low maintenaince, but still, It has been TOO long since I had a good haircut!  I almost chopped a few inches, thinking it might be crooked, but at least it'd be healthy!  I didn't do it though...
