I borrowed my boyfriend's Canon G10 while he's working tonight... playing around with it.  I think I'll keep it.  Cheesy haha

These are a couple I took on our way home from going out to eat today... I was look "Oooh, look at the sky!  Where's your camera - quick!!" lol

...that's what I was thinking.  The sky almost looks like one of those religious posters that has the parting clouds and inspirational quote.  Maybe I should add a quote to my picture.  lol    Smiley

Normally I don't edit my pictures, but in regular real life colors, this just didn't pop the way I wanted it to..

This picture, to me, is just really nostalgic.  Just reminds me of soo many summer with the screen door (we never had central air in any of the houses in which I grew up) creaking as we ran in and out to play in the remaining daylight.  Actually, though, this picture was taken through the screen window of a moving RV...which holds no nostalgic value for me whatsoever.  Wink

I have a thing for self-portraits which don't necessarily flatter the artist...

On a side note, I sooo love all the amazing things I've seen people doing in this thread!!  I wish I had a niftier camera (just a Lumix 7.0 megapixels), but I'm so happy just being able to take pictures.  Keep on keepin' on with all this awesome work peoplies!  Kiss

I have only just started in photography a few months ago.  These are a few photos that I have taken since I started.  Keep in mind I am only a beginner so they may not be the greatest.

This is my dog Roxy.

My dads motorbike.

This ship wreck is of the SS Dicky on Dickys Beach in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

These two are from a beginners workshop I did where we learnt about shutter speed and apeture.

I am doing another workshop in a few weeks on Portraiture which I am really looking forward to.  Comments and criticisim welcome!

So I have been doing photography for quite a while now (10 years or so).  I have done lots of weddings in the past but lately it's just been a hobby.  I have posted lots of my other stuff, sewing, baking etc. on Craftster but for some reason I'm just getting around to posting these, but here are a few of my favs.  Sorry if image heavy.
