I really like the teasel photo (I never knew what that was called before, either!)

Yesterday I got a remote control shutter release for my camera, and happily, we also happened to have a power outage last night.  So I went outside and tried taking some long exposure images.  None really came out that well, I think because it was so cold out and the camera didn't want to focus properly, but they're still kind of fun:





There are HDR images I made from different long exposures:







I wish I could have gotten sharper detail on them, but it was so incredibly cold I was just thankful the camera worked at all.

Thank you. And you're lucky for getting the remote control shutter... my camera is one of the most simple and I won't get some things out of it no matter how I try... but I'm happy that I have it.
