Thanks!   My equipment wasn't anything special, just my Canon PowerShot A630...I did a lot of tweaking and manipulating with GIMP and Picnik.

I'm not sure if these will work or not, but lets see...Keep in mind I am NO professional and I have a crap-tastic camera lol.

I love taking photos around town. There are so many beautiful, old, abandoned buildings. I'm too chicken to go in them as of yet, but I'm working up the courage!

I think you did very well for having a crap-tastic cam. lol. You have some nice compositions and I like how you've filled your frame. 

What city/town are you in that has so many rad buildings?

Thanks! I live in an itty-bitty city called Andalusia, Alabama. The old-school charm is probably the only good think about it haha. There is NOTHING to do here (hence my craftster addiction.)

I recently became interested in photography, and I got a new camera for my birthday (Canon Powershot S3 IS).

I think this is my best photo so far. It's a macro of a dandelion in my backyard.


And, yet another cat shot. This is my cat Molly.

I'm still just experimenting, but I hope you like them.
