I have two questions:

1) What kind of camera did you use?? Mine never turn out like that (but I'm honestly not that skilled either)

and 2) How did you get your cat to stay still?Huh  Cheesy

I like them, Puppy_girl! I like the golden light in them! Cheesy I'm never able to achieve that with my camera, when I want to... Tongue

And the third image would be a perfect background on a painting of group of people from 19th century, if you know such paitings...

RadioactvUnicorn-Thanks!  The drippy one is a Halloween clearance mask that I covered in wax after watching...House of Wax. Cheesy

anwylaeth-The shoe was something I found in this creepy abandoned house down the road from my apartment.  I didn't touch it at all, and there was no mate to it, but there was a red heel in the hallway.  No idea how that got there, since the previous residents are loooong gone and there are no other belongings. Any theories?  I'd love to solve that mystery.

I cheated on the third...I'd just discovered a 'negative' function on my pawn shop camera.  Those weird black floating dots are reflections of the flash on Saran Wrap, hehe.  By the way, what is your quote from?  "Internal sequin issues" cracked me up!

Beautimus21-Not sure if your questions were for me or not, but I'll answer 'em just in case.  I used...uh...four cameras for that set of photos:  a disposable camera, a cheap secondhand digital, a Canon Rebel G2 (film), and a Fugifilm FinePix (my newest digital baby!)  As for the cat...he's just naturally lazy, and picked a nice spot to sit.  Grin

I hope this thread continues.  I love looking at people's photos!

Here are just a few of my favorite pics. I don't know why I like the fan... I think it's the warm colors.

Chinese Restaurant fish

Rainy day at the beach.. this was through the sunroof of my car. I love how the trees are reflected in the water!!

Try going out during the golden hour?  Maybe I'm confusing what you're going for but it's a good time for pictures none the less. Cheesy

actually i was out in like, the middle of the day.  i'm pretty sure it had to do (at least partially) with the white balance setting i had my camera on.  i think i had it on shade...either that or direct sunlight, but since i wasn't in direct sunlight i doubt i did...
