That's what I'm using too.
I love it. I was going to get the Nikon equivalent (can't remember the model exactly) but I ended up with the Canon for two reasons:
1) It's a little simpler
2) It is smaller and much lighter than the Nikon which is awesome for a petite person with tiny hands/fingers like me.
