Thank you Smiley
The sad thing is in another 10 years it will be completely buried by sand like a lot of the buildings along the North Sea up in that area.

Here are some more recent photos from my random airtrip (instead of roadtrip) to Edinburgh, Scotland to stay for a little over a month in July and August....The sky is so much prettier in Europe for pictures I've noticed....it's weird...or maybe it is just from being more up North than where I live.

That is the view from my plane when we were somewhere close to Ireland....I was trying to amuse myself...being on a plane for 10 hours alone is boring :p

That's the royal botanical garden in Edinburgh....it was just a blurry closeup of flowers....

That's an covered market in Oxford, England.....there was every sort of store imaginable in there from high end clothing to butcher shops...

And here is a picture of London by night.........ahhh I think I like this one the most because I love glowy lights

I've always got datestamp turned on on my camera because otherwise I just can't remember where/when I've taken the kids  Cheesy  Anyway, we recently had a wonderful time at Taronga Zoo.

This big guy was surprisingly agile when fish were in the offing.  His name is James.

We had great seats for the seal show and I've finally overcome 'digital-lag' - that delay between pressing the button and the camera getting the shot...

Finally, my youngest daughter spotted a bearded dragon which was just wandering around - not caged.  She had hopes of catching it, but it was too fast for her

snowy day in september. taken from my window where I worked this summer

this mountain is called "The Queen" because it looks like queen Victoria lying down.. weird Cheesy it's in Norway. I've been on top of the nose twice. Nice view from there.

At the ski lifts at sunrise. I like the way the rusty iron came out against the blue sky.

more ski lifts.

The swedish name for this lichen means "blister lichen". Anybody know an english name?

my mom took this one.. some lovely early september hiking Angry

Oh! Beautiful pictures. =)

Edinburgh and London? I spent half of August in London and Edinburgh! I'd say small world except nothing at the Fringe is small.

Amaranthe, I love that picture of the bottle and the leaf!!!

And purevitality, were you performing in Edinburgh?  It was such a huge place but lots of fun, I spent a lot of time down in the Grassmarket wandering around.

Here are some pictures I took when my family went to London and Oxford, England in May. I've brightened them a bit in a computer program.

And my favorite, LOL
