I was walking around the yard and this was attached to my house and well I thought it was interesting. So I took a pic. of it. Hi I love La_Exotique 's picture of the cat's eye. Its amazing!

And here are some pics of a house sparrow I looked after.  My auntie found her outside her house and thought she had been abanded so gave her to me to look after.
After some research online I found out that you should leave the birds where they are and that the parents usually come back to them.
We went back to see if we could find the nest but we couldn't so I continued to look after her for about a year.
I got her used to the wild then eventually let her go. I hope she survived. I named her GRACE because people said she was "Saved by the hand of grace."

Oh, sweet bird!

emyru, both your photos are great. Nice clarity and angle on the web, and the expression and framing on your daughter are perfect. It's so hard to really capture kids (especially when they're doing something as active as being in the water). 

Puppy_girl, the ducks look as if they're having a disagreement. And the sky and swing photos are really evocative, as is the one of the beach chair, bigfatroses.

I have two questions.

1: Is this photo too cliche?
2: Does the tree in the background kill it?

haha is does kinda look like the ducks are having an argument.     i didn't even really notice that.  considering how much they were quacking, maybe they were.

we went to our zoo today and I got a great photo of the turtle. my kiddos named speedy


and one of a spynx cat at least I think that is what it was, anyway I am still trying to figure how to get past the fence line. I know there is way any suggestions would be great. thanx.

as metioned above thanks for the wonderful comments of my photos. as for yours here is my opinion I think it is a great photo but the tree in the background does kinda take away from the sign. I really like how u did the back of the sign instead of the front. but then again what do I know I am just a newbie at this whole photography thing.

_teacup_, i think your picture's really good.  i don't think the tree ruins it, but it does look a lil weird because the tree lines up so well with the corners of the sign.
