I just finished this dress last night. The fabric is red with white polka dots. I altered the top from a pattern that I already had and added the white part. Unfortunately I didn't have a long enough zipper for the back so I made it lace up. I think it turned out nicely in the end though.

It wasn't too hard, I used McCalls pattern 4460 and changed the neckline. I made button holes for the lace up part and that took a while though! I also added eye hooks to help hold it together in the back.
