I have lots of leftover orange wool (fingering weight) and a tiny tiny bit of forest green wool (bulky) that were from a hat I knit my brother for his birthday (pics to come).

I was thinking of using this wool to make a 'matching' IPOD cozy for his IPOD Nano. I did a quick Google search but most patterns were using sock wool, and what I have is a lot thicker.

Anyone know of any existing patterns and/or can give a pattern-making virgin some ideas on how to make her own pattern? I was thinking of doing the cozy in the orange with the green as a bit of a stripe or accent, as the hat is mostly the green with a bit of orange.

Thanks.

Havent' been on the site in months - did a bunch of knitting though and will be sharing pics soon.

EDIT: Need pattern by Saturday, since his birthday is Sunday and I'd like to get it done by then. Thanks!!

I've got knitting needles, and I'm not afraid to use them.

This year I'm doing the 'Na-No' again: www.nanowrimo.org

Try and search AOL.com or Ask.com or even Yahoo.com because I am trying to do the same thing!! Ive been on for about an hour give or take a few but I have found about 25 patterns and i think that not even 5 are worth my time....

Well good luck, good night, and tell me if you find any, please...
