Pinksqueak your costume is AWESOME! I love Harley too, and I have this pipe dream that my boyfriend and I will someday lose enough weight to pull off matching Harley and Mr. J costumes...I can do Harley's voice dead-on and my boyfriend has the huge scary smile down pat. Now to just get skinny!

You looked fantastic! I can't even imagine working with that much spandex. Kudos to you!

I just wanna say how cool all of these costumes are. Creative minds are at work. I exp. love the octopus, headless Andy, oh, too many to list. I am tempted to steal an idea for next year.

The thread with more pics of my costume is here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=130561.0

Dom: "This guy was a nightmare to work with, the Balrog. He had a huge trailer, never came out, never bought a round when we went to the bar, do you remember?"

Billy: "Very rude."

You look like Elizabeth Bennett!  You look like you walked off the pages of Jane Austen.  I love that.  It's the favorite costume I've seen so far.  You've got my wheels turning for next year.

That's exactly what I thought! Fab job!

You do it to yourself, you do, and that's why it really hurts.
You do it to yourself, just you, you and no one else.

You can't scare me, I'm pregnant and have a 2yr old!

My warrior outfit made from $6 of remnant fabrics and no pattern baby! Me posing with my gladiator husband.

Everyone's costumes look great.  Here are a few of me and the kids.  I was a pirate, my daughter was Ariel (my mom bought her a costume from Target without even asking me, which made me mad because I'd already bought the fabric to make one, and now I have all this fabric that I'll never use for anything else, and my daughter insisted on wearing the bought costume, with a blonde wig, but really, what can you do?), and the little guy was flounder.

There's alot of amazing costumes in this thread (I especially loved the air freshener on page 4)  but I noticed one brilliant costume that didn't get too much attention, so I wanted to give ladyvincenza props for this very original costume:

I think this is seriously creative and rather brazen Vincenza, I'm sure you were a hit at the party!

I'm in a swing dancing club at school, so I made a poodle skirt for the costume party.

It was so much fun to dance and spin in. I don't have any pics from the party because it was dark, but it was a big hit.

That's so cute!  I just looked at a photo of me when I was a lil' girl in a poodle skirt - this afternoon!  Lovely job.  Smiley
