Fizzle, skip this post, I mean it!

For those here who are NOT Fizzle, here is a bag I made for her from a felted sweater for our personal owl swap (well, it's only personal because no one else signed up!) Excuse my lame handles.Roll Eyes I might just cut them off and do one big strap. But I like the little owl applique.

the inside is lined with a super soft flannel in a retro paisley print and it includes my very first pocket! (Don't worry, I will take out Maya and my scissors and pencil before I send it!)
All in all, I'm pretty happy, but I'm not sure about the handles. What do you think?

that is awesome...but like you said...i'm not sure about the handles, they look a bit difficult.  but the bag is a beauty!  i love that the owl is looking at the moon...

i thinkk the applique is lovely.

as for hte handles, can you loop one over the other, then hold that 'other' in your hand? because that's how i've seen similar bag handle placements work.
