I am trying to find some nice photography to outfit the walls of our Victoria office.

We're looking for wildlife/outdoor/nature type prints. I'm in the US and would like to find someone local to the area because a)we'd prefer local scenery (Canada, rather than US) and b)international shipping issues -- it would just be a lot easier to ship within Canada.

I've done some google searches with little luck, so I thought I'd put it to the local craftsters up thataway. Does anyone know any good photographers (preferably with a web site and/or online portfolio) for me to check out?

We're looking to purchase 5-7 large framed prints, so this could be a pretty good sale if we find the right person.

Ideally, we'd love someone super local (Victoria) but I'm putting the call out to all of BC, and the rest of Canada if anyone's got something to offer. Thanks in advance!

I live on the west coast. She lives on the east coast. We discuss crafts in between. Right here: Trans-craft-inental.

Nancy Bleck takes amazing photos - her subjects are often BC nature (eg. old growth forests) and First Nations. She's based in Vancouver.

Her site is under construction right now...
nothing in the past or future ever will feel like today.
