someone gave me 2 bags of clothes that were too small for them. i love it when people give me hand me downs. anyway back to subject....there are 2 skirts that on me are mini skirts but on the girl i got them from they were normal length skirts. i am a tad taller than her. anyway i dont wear minis except for holloween. these 2 skirts are dressy skirts and i would like to be able to wear them out but i need some ideas on what to do to them.i will try to post pics of them later when i dig out my digi cam

Oh, oh, oh, oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheesy I know, I know, I know! Add some ruffles or some fringe (under the fringe you can add a layer of closely matched color fabric and noone would know the difference......... Cheesy I really do love the ruffle idea though!

Make a Tulle slip to wear under them.  Or an eyelet slip
