i dont have a local hobbycraft and the only place locally i've found felt it's been in very small squares and expensive for the size.  does anyone know any online shops i can buy felt from?  Huh  i really like the patterned stuff hobbycraft do but they dont take orders online..  i also want some plain colours to make a mobile for my friend who is due to have a baby very very soon!

Try anywhere that sells kids crafting/stationary materials. Places like 'The works', Entertainer or stationary box sell cheaper bumper packs of bright and earthy colours. Most material shops sell it in larger quantities as well. If you're in the north then Fenwicks has a large supply (at least the one in newcastle does...not sure where else fenwicks are though.)

Hope thats helpful. Smiley

Panduro Hobby (online shop) has an ok selection of felt. They both sell A4 (I think that's the size) pieces and metres of felt.
