I got this idea from this board: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=109762.0

anyway, giraffes are AMAZING and what better way to show your love then by wearing it on your head?

Sorry for the poor quality of my webcam, but clearer pictures expected soon!
I used a bright yellow hoodie from the little boys department ($8 Whoooo!!) and some yellow and brown fabric. The "head-bobbers" (as my friend, Greige put it.) are stuffed with polyfil and sewn on, same goes for the ears. The back left shoulder of the hoodie has a big brown heart (for a spot!) sewn on. Oh, and there are two big brown buttons for eyes. It didn't take long, but for a while there the headbobbers wanted to give me some trouble.

Either way, since I stand about 6ft tall, I make a good sized baby giraffe. Iddn't that neat? I want to go make giraffe friends at the zoooo...

Anyway! Imput is good, especially because it's 2 AM in  my land, and I am bored...bored...bored.

This is so freakin' adorable! Great job making the ears and horns so that they stay up. The real test, though, is if the giraffes accept you as one of their own. ^.^

Ha!!
I hope the giraffes accept me. Time to venture cautiously to the watering hole and put a silent hand on their back. Test the waters. See if they kick me in the head.

Hah! That is awesome. I love giraffs. The colors are realistic, unlike your inspiration. Smiley I am too scared to try one of these(the dino hoodie, or giraffe(sp) hoodie)...

My favorite color is yellow, so i wanted to embrace it! hehe
Also, I added a short little brown mane along the middle of the hood, and spots along the front side.
