Like the Dork I am, I started another thread and posted there. Thankfully a Craftster pal came and long and bonked me on the head.  Sooooooooooo Sorry.  I'm a newbie, lol.

Got home from work reallllly late and was so pleased to find 2 packages on my porch.

Stacysews sent me not 1 but 2 beautiful glass ornaments. I'm presuming that she did the paint swirls inside.  They are some of my favorite colors!

And Patarmic Whompus sent me this outstanding beaded/tasseled ornament.  I sure hope she tells us that she bought the beaded fabric cuz if she did it herself, I'm not going to swap on this board due to inferior skills!

Thank you girls for the WONDERFUL treasures!!  Sorry the photo quailty is so poor.  Hubs was asleep on the sofa and I couldn't turn on many lights, lol.

I'm glad you like it, Teeisme!  I did do the beading, I was stuck in a small booth working lights for a community theatre production, 16 performances total, and I had a lot of time to work. The beading was good because I could listen for my cues, but I couldn't use different color beads because the light in the booth was green and it made it too hard to tell the colors apart.  Roll Eyes   The ornaments only took about 1 performance each, so I got a  *lot* of crafting projects done by the end of the show.  Grin

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

OH MY GOSH - NIKKI.  I am so humbled!  I looked and looked and thought, no way she did that.  WOW

I remember you talking about working and sewing during the Action.  I read it to a girlfriend of mine who does lights and sound too.  She felt your boredom!!

Thanks again!
