did you use wool felt or acrylic?

it looks like the 'pages' are pretty sturdy too. did you use those stiffened sheets they sell at craft stores?

actually, this was part of the challenge for me. i bought two different bags of remnant pieces of felt, colors unseen, and forced myself to work with what I found (also i like the idea of recycled materials). makes for more creative color choices! the felt is all different - some stiff, some soft, some with wales (?) that made it look like carpet samples, some fuzzy on one side, etc.

I have never seen those before...and I LOVE IT. Our first baby is due in November. I'm not sure if I should save this as a project for me, or sneakily pass it on to one of the new grandmas.  Wink

I'll have to make sure she gets by the time we start working on letters.
