I bought these sandals for 5 euros.

I started by separating the soul of the shoe from the shoe with a knife.

By removing the soul, i also was able to remove the (fugly) straps.

(After this a forgot to take pictures)
After having the sole completely separated from the shoe, all i had to do was add straps and glue back together.
I found my straps: two meters of leather-like leopard ribbon for (about)10 euros.
I bought two little belt buckles (3 euros each).
I made wholes in the straps (for the buckles) with a knitting needle.
Measured the starps to my foot (it's kinda tricky), and glued them to the shoe, and glued back the whole sole.

I bought earrings for 4 euros, took off the hooks and added them to my shoe.

I love them...
