Hello Craftsters!
These are two of my creations, Vincent Magnificent, who is a magician with only one trick which is to pull a rabbit from his hat, and Yorick the finely dressed fellow, who is jointed!
They're both posted in the needle felting forum, but I thought they might be a bit more appropriate here.
Their bodies are sewn, and everything else is needle felted on. They're both inspired by Edward Gorey's Figbash Acrobat/The doubful guest/The haunted tea-cozy, um ya, enjoy!
This is Vincent

He has a but-flap to show is polka-dot undies!
This is Yorick

And here's them together

wow,
those are fantastic!
i especially love the shoes!!!

do you have any other dolls??

a lot of people these days seem to be doing really simple shaped monster dolls (like ugly dolls) and just put eyes on them......
thats kinda dull i think.... no offence to anyone its just not exactly hard to cut out one shape in felt and stitch it up.....

yours ROCK!
lots of detail
lots of talent!

can't wait to see more!

Emily.

I do have some other dolls, but they're not in this shape or form and sadly the computer crashed and took their pictures with it! but eventually I'll get them back!
There's a Jester on the way from this series, and perhaps an acrobat?

They are fabulous!  I am confused by what you mean that everything else was needle felted on.  What is the process for it??

thanks,
wendi
