Hi !! first time ever I'm posting on that board... I'm usually more of a knitter and crocheter, don't have enouigh patience for my sewing machine ... Wink I hope I posted in the right place..?

Anyhow, I bought that book last saturday (just couldn't resist!!) along with some double-sided polar fleece (is that how you call it ?).

Then I had this one lonesome felt bootie I bought at the op shop a while back because it was sooo cute (but couldn't find the 2nd one, arghhh!)

So anyhow, with all that I got a sudden inspiration, cut the bootie, used the parts as a template, and a bit later.. Ta Da !! Cutie booties !!



I've also made a second pair yesterday night, but one is a  bit crooked.. And the second pair, which I just finished fixing:

Those are too cute!  I've made a few pairs of booties for my daughter, but i can never get the fit right.  so i gave up and she goes barefoot. ^,~  (indoors!)
