I'm always looking for things like this!  Unfortunately, I haven't found a ton out there.  Most of what I've done for my 'alternative' pages have been scraps of things or making my own paper!! (I did some with plain black cardstock and red paper paint.)  I have had a little success on Ebay with using words like punk, goth, emo, etc.

Plus, depending on the time (since they get new stock so quickly), the scrapbooking section of Oriental Trading has been awesome.  Take these brads for example:

http://www.orientaltrading.com/application?namespace=browse&origin=catalogProducts.jsp&event=link.itemDetails&demandPrefix=12&sku=65/65604&mode=Browsing&erec=7&Ne=90000&sp=true&Ntk=all&Ntx=mode%252bmatchallpartial&cm_re=TOP-_-CH-_-CH&N=377488&tabId=Crafts&sd=BLACK+AND+WHITE+ROUND+PATTERNED+BRADS

Good luck!  Like I said, I'm always looking, so I'll let you know if I ever find it all in one place.  For now, it's just a lot of foot work... or finger work for those of us who are glued to our lappies.

I would be interested in finding more companies that sell things like that too!  So far, there is precious little that isn't either girly, soccer momish, or stuff for altered art projects.

Etsy occassionally has some fun things, just search stickers or paper, etc.

I swear to god I am thiiiiiiiis close to making this company myself!

I have a whole little rant under the heading "does this exist" somewhere on crafster. The answer has basically been....no. it doesn't exist.

I have 4 pages of ideas for themed packets of scrapbook papers designed for punk, goth, nerd, otaku, and geek lifestyles. Wait, thats not right. i have 4 pages of plans for sets designed for these lifestyles. I'm just not a paisley/floral person, damnitall! If I had the time, and a big enough printer, I'd already me making money on this. I even have a marketing campaign planned. I'll send it to anybody that wants it.

But that doesn't help you, does it? There are a few things I've been doing to compensate for this problem. Primarily, I've been taking pictures of stones, water, architecture, and the like. My favorite is the picture of a bunch of fake pirate booty i took that Ive gotten to use as a backround paper for my pirate anniversary. Soon I plan on taking a picture of my back (or someone elses), to use as a generic "skin" paper for my page for my pericings.

Also, I've been using abstract papers for backgrounds, with self-made embellishments. Like when my friends and i modified those nasty candy hearts to say dirty things. I took pictures of them, thinking they'd be great photo corners. Also, switching to digital has helped. I can modify colors and things really easily that way, to make them less.....pastel. (though i still buy physical papers, i just scan them afterwards).

Also, now is the time to buy! yay haloween! I got a grat paper a while back of a full moon shining through leafless tree branches. Perfect for the garou LARP.

Oh, and have a look at old, copy-right free art. You can download it, or scan it out of an art book, and cut out the fun stuff. Dali anyone? Bosch?

Freaks just scrapbook more interesting things, i swear. I can only look at so many pictures documenting the moods of somebody's toddler.

if anybody who knows photoshop and/or web design wanted in, I would!

as is, I have a 36  hour a week job, and im a full time masters student, trying to get a comic artist job. I've got the skills, and the plan, but not the time.

Think, you could start off as a digital scrapbooking company for no overhead but the website! then save up for printing ability.

Well, i wont get into the entire plan here.
