Yesiree, checkered all the way. This took me about 4 months, but mostly cause I was too dern lazy to work on it for more than half an hour every week. But the end result was worth it.


The hat as modeled by a friendly dinosaur.


The EVIL inside. Pretty much what caused it to take so long.

i saw another hat on here that someone had knitted. is knitting easier, or crocheting? is this beginner material, would you say? or if i started crocheting now, would i be able to make something like this by christmas?
