Blaow. I also did the neckband and started a sleeve since taking that picture.

juniperl13 - that's gorgeous!  Love the colors!  And congrats that it fits so well!

I'm making a lot of progress over here, actually.  See here 2 FOs: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=135019.0!  Though they weren't actually WIPs yet when I joined this KAL....

And so close to done with Angelica!  I'm weaving in ends tonight, washing & blocking tomorrow, seaming up the sleeves and picking up the neckline (ugh) Sunday.

Meanwhile, I've started another project...."Rosalind" from magknits - a DNA illusion scarf.  Not actually getting ahead here, but things are coming off the needles!

Of course, after the success of the body, I promptly went annd screwed up the first sleeve by making it too tight.  Undecided

I now have both the front and back of my vogue Embellished V-neck finished.  That sentence seems badly constructed.  oh well.
I started the sleeves yesterday.  I cast both of them on the same needle so that I wouldn't have what I'll call "second sleeve syndrome"

I also knit a really quick diversion earflap hat yesterday.  Yay for superbulky yarn.

So, now that I've gotten most of my original WIPs out of the way, I've got a new list a-brewin'.  Here's what I'm working on:

Self-designed hoodie -- almost done, just need to figure out the yoke/hood situation
Two pairs of striped socks -- just started the heel gusset decreases on one of them
Candle flame lace scarf -- has a long way to go
Plus I'm planning to design another sweater of my own inspired by this one from Anthropologie:
http://www.anthropologie.com/jump.jsp?itemID=13962&itemType=PRODUCT&iSubCat=267&iMainCat=11
But I won't be getting to that one until after the holidays are over, so I've got some time to finish the other 3 (4?) WIPs I've accumulated.  My list just never ends!

Damn! I backslid! In my defense, the only reason I started making this quick bulky-weight cashmere scarf is that, despite the fact that it's not supposed to snow here, it has been snowing off and on since yesterday evening. This freak weather made it abundantly clear that my old raggedy magic scarves are woefully inadequate for any temperatures lower than 40F.

That's ok, juniper, you don't need an excuse when the yarn is cashmere! hehe.

Considering that I finshed it shortly after I got home from work yesterday, I don't feel so bad about cheating on my u-neck pullover for the scarf. Pictures tomorrow, I think.
