Wow...just stumbled onto this.  Some really great tattoos.  Thought I should share my one and only since I'm considering more ink soon enough.

Its a strawberry color poison dart frog.  I got it about 3 and a half years ago so its not quite so colorful anymore.  But I have taken great care of it, lots of sunscreen and I really don't get out into the sun much lately anyway.  The kanji is for strength or as I found out at an anime convention, "to be better" which made me feel better about the choice.

My next one I'm planning is going to be on the other side of my back.  I'm thinking a red eye tree frog with the celtic symbol for woman (the trinity in a religious sense even though I like to consider the actual celtic meaning of child, mother, and crone).

I was raised to be a strong woman by my mother and I just love frogs hehe.

Finally started my Vargas girl on my back
better pic less bloody
this is what i got the inspiration from

this is just the outline ATM, in a few months times im gonna get the skin tone done with various shades blended together, also the more intricut  details of the face which is why she only got nostrils ATM, the outline is done in light grey which  will fade over time so the skintones will really pop and the hair is to be done as well of course,
Ive named her Lilly
sorry for the large images!!

carolyn_rawr I love your Sylvia Plath tattoo! I saw it on flickr and thought it was so cool. I'm planning to get a portrait of Slylvia soon. I love her. :'D

My tattoos aren't much to look at but conceptually cool.  I got fake moles tattooed into constellations.  Three of them have real  moles incorporated.  I have five total, Grus the crane, Musca the fly, Volans the flying fish, Cetus the sea monster, and Orion.  I will try to take pics to post.

Knitting is love.
