Aw. That Daddy's Girl makes me sad... that's a nice homage...

But this made me chuckle:
What the apple looked like the first time, when the artist apparently didn't know the meaning of "shading"

And I do like the look of it after! (I like the apple and crossbones idea Wink )

Got my new one last night.

See my parents got tattoos together when I was a baby. My dad got a little hot stuff devil and my mom got a rose. Well, they divorced after almost 25 years of marriage.

I got my first tattoo at the end of August:

I don't know if I am happy with it yet, the difference between the top and bottom part of the leafy section of the tree bothers me a bit. I'm thinking of going to someone to get it fixed, but I'm worried that they will  make it all really dark, and that would probably look worse.

Thank you! If anyone is interested I got it done by Walt at NOLA Tattoo in New Orleans. He also did my crafty half sleeve in my avatar (bigger pic somewhere earlier in this thread!)

Wow, bingeandpurge, the first apple really is wonky but it looks terrific with proper shading!

HAHA I looked at both and thought that they were both fine. I guess it's all opinion, See the first apple looks eatten in two parts. Then whole once it was shaded. Do I sound weird and stupid? It's my perception of it. Huh
