My husby just got his 1/2 sleeve outlines done today!!!  I'm so stinken jealous...He'll be going back in a couple o weeks to get it coloured and shaded, and then sometime in the future he'll have the other arm done with a dragon.

It's a traditional Japanese koi swimming up his arm, and chrysanthemum on his chest.  It's so beautiful!!

I want to post the new one I got for my birthday this week... but I don't want deceptive.fragilene ss to think I copied her... which I didn't.  But it's similar I suppose...  I picked it years ago and switched the spot for it when I saw hers here.

Thanks!  They're actually the same bird, reversed, but the artist inked them differently.  I like that they're similar but unique.  She did it freehand, which was incredible!

Wow tamagotchi!  You are a very brave soul to let her do them free hand, I don't know if I could trust someone to do that!  Now it's even cooler

tamagotchi...yah... wow. those birds are spectacular...i just got a bird tat on my foot (it's a few pages back on this thread) and i seriously wish i would have thought to get tsomething like that. they are just so gorgeous

I haven't read all 415 pages of this thread, but have had a peek at all of your lovely tattoos.  Thought I'd add mine.  It's my low back tattoo (it hurt like hell), and I'm very proud of it.

Thanks for that.  I did the show images thingy.  Still 50 pages - but what great tattoos everyone has.  The one on my lower back hurt like hell.  I need a cover up on my shoulder where I had the dolphin tattoo 10 years ago.  Think I'll wait until they do tattoos under general anaesthetic!
