Yeah it really was.  More so than my chest piece.  When it hit the hip and the ribs it was unbearable.  Not a recomened spot for tattooing.  I love it though!

I just finished stage one (the outline) of my left rib...uh, piece.  Ribpiece sounds funny to me :p  I really thought all the heavily tattooed boys in the shop were just messin' with me when they said it was gonna hurt, you know, trying to psych me out.  But, um...it hurt, and a LOT more than I expected it to at that.  Now that I have an idea of what to expect, I don't think the next session will be so bad.
But...I'll be concentrating on OTHER areas of my body for awhile, after this piece is done ;p

My newest one packed with sentiment.
My sister just started tattooing so I decided it was time for the good ol' mom piece.

Has anyone had any experience with Wrecking Balm?  It supposedly "fades" tattoos.  Not that I'm looking to fade my own tattoo-- just curious.

Thanks stargirl! I saw your post about a math tattoo & my best friend has the pi symbol on the inside of her bottom lip. Crazy math kids!

New ink!  Pic is a little shiny, this was taken as soon as I took the bandage off.

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but you have a glue gun tattoo, too?  I love mine Smiley  It makes me--and others--giggle.
