Thanks for the interesting ribbon link.  Wow, there are ribbons designated to some bizarre "causes" (feral cats, children left in cars?).

Here is the one I just got done.  At the time of taking these pics, the tattoo was about 6 hours old.  It's been about ... a day and a half now.
The artist's name is Bobby and I got it done at The Tattoo Factory in Chicago.  He was so sweet and kept telling me I was doing a great job (because I am a big baby, ha ha). 


it's my daughter's full name around my ankle - for security reasons I won't be posting the pic of my last name Wink
I also have my son's name around the other ankle, I'll find pics of that too!

I just got this done today. Strangely enough, it's 364 days after I got my first one! Errg, saving money, you know.
