i want to join but i'm concerned. i can't knit, crochet or sew (as far as clothing or bags is concerned)....so i really can't make an outfit. i just don't want my partner to be disappointed.

You're not required to make an outfit BUT if you want to its very easy.
This is a very basic cover that I made out of fleece (fleece doesnt need to be hemed)

Cut one rectangle that is the length of your dog from the back of their neck to their tale......the width is 1/2 what your dog measures around its tummy(make wider if you want it to come down farther on the dog.

Now measure around your dogs neck. Divide that number by 2, add 1/2 to one inch to that number (depends on how much overlap you want for the velcro) & you have the 2 pieces that go around the neck.

The piece under the belly is the other 1/2 of what you measured you dog around its middle and its width is measured from the back of your dogs front paws to about 2-3 in before their naughty bits (2in for girls & 3in or more for boys).

I like to use 2 pieces of fabric for each piece for the really cold winters. Sew as directed below on the yellow lines....

AND another way to make an outfit that is very easy if your not the greatest sewer is to just buy a childs t-shirt & take it in about an inch in the front or back panel (to make the arms closer together) and you have a doggie T. Its just 1 stitch

I always loved the words "naughty bits" it so much more lighthearted.

Question.........Does anyone know where you can buy those round squeekies they put in dog toys? I have been looking all over for some.

Why yes, actually. ;-)
I bought a package recently from PetSmart. Bogey LOVES squeakers. I believe it was a package of ten for 3.00 or so. Look for them right in the squeaky toy aisle.

yeah eleanor loves squeakers (or hates them) so much that she wastes no time in tearing into the stuffed toy and ripping that sucker out! lol you'd think she was a larger dog and not a little ol' smoosh face pug the way she goes through those toys.
