Ongoing ATC swap, version 2.0 signups until 9/19

I have a question as well! I noticed the first swap said post "3-10" theme ideas... well I have more than 10 (which I think would be a good thing, to allow for better choice!).... is there a reason why we should only do 10 themes? Or was that something that no longer applies.... ?

Your list of 10 things changes very quickly once people start picking cards to do....trust me, its easy to go through 10 themes in a couple of hours if the thread is active. Limiting to 10 just keeps things easier to deal with in the thread and helps others to remember your themes.
I guess Stifflersmom would have to say for sure why she capped it at 10 during the first round...

I think 10 is a good # because if you list , say 20, ideas- it may get too overwhelming for the people who are choosing. A list of say 5 to ten makes for quicker selections- so it moves at a faster pace. Only having 1 week to do these, a shoter list will work better I think. Just remember that every time you pick someone and in turn post your list-change a few so you can put all your themes out there and possibly receive all, or quite a few of them.

Would this be allowed? Say, you have about 20 different themes, but each time you post, you change the themes that you've posted (for example, if someone says they're going to do your "pirate" theme, you take that off the list and replace it with a "fairies" theme)
So in reality you're posting 10 or less themes each time you post, but you DO have more than 10 themes, which you eventually get around to posting...

I mean, just because you post it, doesn't mean someone has to take that theme. Right? For example you might have a list of five themes: bugs, pirates, pink, finding nemo, and spongebob. However, every time you post your theme, people might miraculously just pick PINK every single time. And none of your other themes would get any attention, but that would be okay, right?

Sorry about the length of this... I'm just kind of obsessive about understanding everything perfectly!

It is perfectly fine to do either.  You can leave the same themes, or change them out.  I liked getting several of the same theme (ie:vintage travel) from different people, 'cause I like to see each person's idea on the theme!  If you want to get one of each theme, than, yes, change out that theme.

I am dying for this to start.  Unfortunately, the first day of posting themes and such is the first day of my work week, during which things become insane for about four days.  I hope I don't miss out on all the fun!
