How to find images that have been deleted or moved?

I have searched through this forum and didn't really find any posts that addressed this question:  when photos are deleted or moved, is there a way to access them somewhere else?  For example, in some of the older/previous tuts, the pics are missing/deleted and I wonder if they are moved to another area that we Craftsters can still access???  I hope so!!   If that is not currently an option, would we be able to see something like that in the future?  I'm guessing that people are reaching their pic limit and take out their "old stuff."  Can anybody help on this??  Thanks in advance!!

I don't believe there is any way to track them down.  I will usually right click the broken image and see if it's an off-site location (Photobucket) and try to get to their main gallery.  I think it's more of me being curious & crazy than anything helpful, lol.

A lot of times, people delete them from whatever hosting site they are using. Craftster has to way to "keep" these photos.  Your best bet would be to pm the original member and ask them if the pictures are still kickin around.
