"Unacceptable format" msg! (attn: Mac experts)

I'm trying to upload pics to craftster for the first time. I resized my photos in photoshop and made sure to save them as pdfs. But I keep getting an "unacceptable format" message from craftster when i try to upload them. I'd appreciate any help especially from Mac users (as that's what Im using). Thanks

Hi, I use a mac and this is what I do (and it's worked for me from the beginning)

I don't resize my photos.

And they are jpegs. (jpg)

I've done it! I've actually posted pictures. I've only been on craftster for over a year. I'm such a loser. Thanks for your help.
