Ohh! I've heard of those.. I may buy the interchangeable set instead.... I first looked at the BOYE interchangeable set, but the reviews on it where not good at all.. Horrible to say the least..

So.. I looked at the Addi needles.. and those are supposed to be really good... And I have heard of KnitPicks before.... The choices lol!

I love my KnitPicks, though if you like slippery yarns you might not want the nickel ones (knitting bamboo on them was... interesting, soooo slippery). The nice thing is you can buy just one pair of tips in the size you like most and one set of cables and try them out. Then if you get a full set later you have an extra pair of tips in your busiest size. It's a good way to find out if you like the nickel, Harmony (laminated wood), or Zephyr (acrylic) tips most.

Boye interchangeables have really stiff cords, so they aren't that good for magic loop. The same with the Denise set I tried many years ago, I don't know if they've changed the cords since but from what I hear they have not. KnitPicks cords are nice and flexible though, so they work great. Smiley

Knitting a bag is next on my knitting challenge list!  I'm thinking of tweed yard for this bag.  Does that sound like a good idea?  Huh

oooh... I like this. I've not tried cable knitting yet (this is only my second winter knitting), but it looks like a fun way to learn. It will definitely go in my queue for soon.

I just started this bag tonight...good thing I realized after knitting a couple of rounds that I was knitting stockinette stitches instead of garter.  I'm an idiot  Cheesy

I really like that purse in the first picture. I'm currently doing a KAL with a top down raglan. I'm hoping to be done by the end of the week so I can start that purse. I'm really excited about this KAL, I've been looking for a new purse.
