Shipping to US:
(From US Customs website)
If you are a private individual who wishes to send beverage and food items to the U.S., you should be aware that some items are highly restricted, particularly food items with meat products, including soup mixes, bullion, sausages, tinned meats, etc., and fresh produce. As a general rule, candies, condiments, spices, coffee and teas that are commercially packaged are ok, however bulk teas or spices, etc. are subject to inspection and if they are found to have insects, they may be seized and destroyed.

Also remember to read the Swap Info Guide to find out how to ship your item and other details about participating in a swap.

Shipping within your own country:  Delivery confirmation numbers (for the US) are required per swap guidelines.  If your country has something similar then please use that if your partner lives in the same country.  Please remember to PM me the tracking number once you've shipped.

Shipping outside of your country:
It may be impossible, or too expensive, to get a tracking number.  If so, then take a picture/scan of your shipping receipt (and package too if possible might be helpful!) and send that to me as your proof of shipping.

Thank you!

this would be a good first one  Grin  just a few items required, and coffee is a broad enough theme you can do pretty much any meduim.

i'm debating....this is right around halloween for the send out and i have my kid's costume to sew.  but since it is a smaller item swap, it should go quickly...(internal debate)...nice long crafting time...(more internal debating).

i'll check back later after i wrap up the swap i'm in and at least get the costume cut out.  Tongue

I think it would be a great swap for a first time swapper, except that the sendouts are early November.  That would mean you wouldn't get feedback until November sometime.   Undecided  But, if you don't mind that part of it, I think it would be a great swap to start with.  Smiley  Of course, if you and your partner swapped early, you could get your feedback a lot earlier.  Just a thought.  Smiley

I left the signup dates for a long time because I know sometimes people need to clear up a spot for a new swap.  And about a month to get to know your partner and craft for them seems reasonable after looking at other swaps.  Smiley

Oooh, I like that this is a small swap (in terms of number of items and such) -- makes it so tempting to join!

Yes, there is a long signup time.  One person was very interested but wouldn't be able to sign up until late Sept.  and I wanted to accomodate her if she still wanted to join then.  Smiley
