- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: There is a co-organizer: Rackycoo
Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: YES
- Has posted at least 15 times: YES
- Has completed one swap successfully before signing up for multiple swaps at a time: YES
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps: YES
- Does not have any negative feedback: YESDetails of swap:
Each person will be responsible for sending out a standard size (2.5"x3.5") ATC card to every other member of the swap, in the theme that each person has chosen.
There will also be a book designed to hold the 9 atc cards received in the swap.
Each participant has selected a theme for the ATCs sent to them, and for the ATC holder/book.
Working ahead of schedule is perfectly fine, but all items need to be mailed by October 16th, and rec'd by partner by October 26th.
A DC# is required for the book (internationally swappers excluded), but not the individual cards. If a card is not received by your partner by the 26th of October, you will be asked to resend a new card. If the book isn't thick enough for postal requirements, wrap it in bubble wrap.
Confused?
Basically, all 10 people in this swap will end up with a card done by every other member, plus a book to keep them in. You can send your ATC card to your partner at the same time as you send the book.

For the book: This is pretty open; you should ask your partner what they'd prefer ( a book, holder, etc. ) You can alter a book, handbind a new book, modify a tin (altoid tins are too small), or create some sort of odd and unusual holder. The only requirements are that it hold at least 9 cards, and that it is in the theme your partner picked.
