Okay..I got it fixed. Ill post what I did if that helps anyone. I posted the pic I wanted for my avatar on the post above. Then I right click the picture on the post and saved it to my computer. The I went back and used that picture when adding the new avatar and it worked.

soo I'm really frustrated bc I've been trying for the past three days to change my avatar and it still won't change. I've cleared my cache out and everything but it's still my old picture.

Well, it wasn't a size issue.  I'm not sure what the problem was, though.  I got it to load and save for you.  I browsed for it on my computer, selected the file, scrolled to the bottom of the screen and clicked Submit.

I put the pic in the browse spot there is no upload button so when i click save profile is doesn't change, am I missing something??

I can't find an upload button either.  I've read through all 12 pages and followed all the directions, but I can't change my avatar either.  I've cleared my cache numerous times, closed down my browser, (Firefox) and clicked on browse, found my picture (.jpg format, 235x225, 24.9kb) and clicked "change profile" many times, but nothing changes.  I also tried to use no picture, then go back and add the new one (my service dog) but the old one (a pretty eye) still shows up.  Please help before I pull all my hair out at the roots!

No reply, and my avatar hadn't changed when I first checked today, but I just "went through the motions" again just for the heck of it.  First I cleared my cache again and checked, still the old avatar... so I tried to upload my new one again and voila...first try, it changed for me.  I don't know what happened between yesterday and today, but it worked today!

I'm scratching my head for sure, but I'm happy!

my avatar used to stay the same as my old one and now I don't have an avatar at all. I just went through all the motions again and still nothing. I already contacted the help desk but have recieved no reply.
