inspired by a dashboard octi here actually.
done in the middle of the night, took about 5 hours because of all the beading and handsewing and cutting out wee felty pieces and not having any kind of pattern at all.
whatever, the kid LOVES it so it was worth every minute.

ok, and i enjoyed it too!

He's super cute! I love his pink 'suckers'. I'm a night-time crafter as well  Smiley

Sooo cute! Well done! Smiley How'd you get it to dome up for its head? Just cut a bigger circle then what's on the bottom?

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

I can see the seems...but for the life of me can't picture in my head how you'd go about making that lol. I was thinking about trying something like that for a friend of mine who's crazy about octopi...

well, the pattern was kind of crazy but i'm a seamstress so i know patterns.
you could do it with a pattern instead of trying to make up your own though. there has to be a pattern on here somewhere....
