Hi.  This is only my second post but I thought would show you the revamped stilettos I did this morning.  I found these unworn canvas stiletto shoes in a charity shop for £3, but one was more faded than the other (probably from being displayed in a window) They were pretty funky to begin with, but not really wearable without something doing to them.

I mixed black a good acrylic paint with a bit of water so the colour soaked into the canvas and so not to crack, and painted the whole of the upper of the shoe and left to dry.

I found some little red satin bows in my craft box and tiny tacked a stich throught hem so they didn't come undone, then hot fabric glued them to the back of the shoe making sure each part of the bow was secure.  I then superglued little flat backed crystals over where I had  tacked the bows.

For the front of the shoes I fancied some flying heats.  Again rummaging though my craft box, I found a whole load of little padded embellishments.  I cut the silver wings in half and hot glued them to either side of a red padded heart, then took a skull bead and dropped a spot of hot glue to keep it in position while I secured it with a few stitches.  I did the same again but added an 8 Ball bead and hot fabric glued them to front of the shoes at an angle.  Voila... Re - Vamped Rockabilly Stilettos.  How you like them Smiley
